본 연구는 실제 운영 중인 사무용 건축물을 대상으로 스케줄 제어와 기존 IT 인프라(사내망)를 활용한 비침습적 재실 연동
제어의 조명 에너지 절감 효과를 실증하였다. 물리적 센서의 전면 도입이 갖는 비용 및 근무자 불편 문제를 해소하고자, 동일한
면적의 2개 층(5층, 6층)을 대상으로 A/B 테스트를 수행하였다. 일괄 스케줄 제어만 적용한 5층은 평균 12.5%의 에너지 절감
을 보였으며, 스케줄 제어와 일부 구역(전체의 약 30%)에 제한적인 재실 제어를 병행한 6층은 17.0%의 전체 절감률을 달성하
였다. 특히 재실 제어가 직접 적용된 구역은 32.8%의 높은 절감을 기록하여, 근무자 불편을 최소화하는 부분적인 시스템 고도
화만으로도 유의미한 에너지 효율 향상이 가능함을 입증하였다.
