인공지능 기반 자율제조(Level 3.5)로의 성공적인 전환을 위해서는 IT와 OT를 결합하는 초연결 통신 인프라가 필수적이다. 스마트공장 관련 연구는 연평균 24.5% 증가하며 IoT와 결함진단 등이 핵심으로 다뤄지고 있으나, 실제 제조 현장은 고유의 환경적 제약으로 통신망이 파편화되어 실시간 폐루프(Closed-loop) 제어 및 데이터 상호운용성 확보에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동남권 주력 산업을 중심으로 이기종 유무선망의 트래픽 특성과 전파 제약 요인을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 트래픽을 긴급도와 대역폭에 따라 4가지 클래스(Class A-D)로 세분화하고, 1ms 이하 지연과 99.9999% 신뢰성 충족을 위한 TSN 및 5G URLLC 매칭과 엣지 게이트웨이 기반 자원 분배 전략을 제시한다. 아울러 시맨틱 파편화(Semantic Fragmentation) 해결을 위해 OPC UA FLC 표준 정보 모델 기반의 데이터 통합 구조를 분석한다. 본 연구는 제조 현장의 데이터 상호운용성을 보장하고, 실시간 제어 성능을 최적화하기 위한 자율제조 통신 아키텍처 설계의 실증적 가이드라인을 제공한다.
