- Abstract
- In this study, we first examined the necessity of adopting micro data centers and then organized their classification system and application areas. We also analyzed key power-efficiency indicators relevant to micro data centers, particularly PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and TUE (Total Usage Effectiveness). In addition, we reviewed the key elements required for micro data center design and comprehensively examined the technical, environmental, and operational factors that should be considered in the construction of cooling systems. Through this analysis, we aim to provide fundamental guidelines for the efficient design and reliable deployment of micro data centers.
