Abstract
A high-gain waveguide antenna operating at 150 GHz for sub-terahertz applications is proposed. A single- element design is extended to a four-channel array with 0.5λ spacing to enable beam steering. Simulations confirm effective horizontal coverage up to ±40°. The antenna achieves maximum gains of 6.55 dBi (single) and 9.4 dBi (array), suitable for high-speed wireless communication.
