본 논문에서는 triangular grid 기반 위상배열 안테나에서 6-bit 위상천이기의 양자화 특성과 위상 RMS 오차가 조향
해상도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 소자 수는 512, 768, 1024 개로 설정하였으며, 𝑑𝑑𝑥𝑥/𝜆𝜆 = 0.65로 설정하였다. 다섯 가지
조향각에 대해 Δ𝜃𝜃 변화 시 배열 전체의 RMS 위상 변화량 분석 결과, 조향 해상도는 scan-edge 조건에서 가장 열화됨을
확인하였다. 결과적으로 최소 steering step 은 512, 768, 1024 개 배열에 대해 각각 약 0.37°, 0.30°, 0.26°로 평가되었다.
향후 Half Power Beam Width (HPBW)와 조향 해상도를 고려하여 안테나의 해상도를 결정하는 것이 바람직하다.
