Abstract
This paper presents a laser assembly with an 80% size reduction and 2.5D packaging. Utilizing a 12-bit firmware-implemented WLL (Wavelength Lock Loop) algorithm, 0.1°C temperature control resolution and wavelength stability of <±1.5 GHz at 1308.90 nm were achieved. This architecture offers high flexibility and robust performance for 6G coherent transmission.
