Abstract
Incoherent digital holography (iDH) suffers from severe grainy noise due to high sensor background bias and variance amplification during phase-shift recombination. We propose a self-supervised Neighbor2Neighbor denoising framework at the interferogram level, requiring no ground-truth data. The method suppresses shot noise without hallucination artifacts and enables free-focus reconstruction across multiple depth planes from a single exposure.
