- Abstract
- In this paper, we proposed a method to implement a covert channel in an LTE mobile communication environment by retransmitting a packet in which the lower byte value of the RLC layer's Sequence Number is identical to the byte value of the covert data. As a result of testing the performance and system overhead of the implemented covert channel, it was found that the reception reliability was very high and the overhead was not high, so it is judged that the application of the covert channel to the system is easy.
