- Abstract
- In this paper, we survey recent trends on standardization activities of MAC technologies for wireless sensor networks. Especially, we illustrate features and characteristics of IEEE P802.15.4e, amendment of widely adopted standard IEEE 802.15.4 to enhance MAC functionality and support the market needs in industrial automation.
