Abstract
We introduced the standard content identifier UCI and a watermarking system that is designed to embed UCI in the broadcast contents. When transmitting broadcast content, UCI is embedded imperceptibly in the content itself using a watermarking technology. The embedded UCI information can be extracted in any format of file and even in the modified version of the content including resolution change, frame rate change, and color adjustment. In this paper, we propose a watermarking generating algorithm so as to extract the embedded watermark reliably from the resolution change version, and present our UCI watermarking system. The experimental results show that the UCI information embedded using our watermarking system remains in the various modified version of content.
