Abstract
A continuous-time bandpass delta-sigma modulator (CT BPDSM) for dual-band class-S amplifier system with carrier frequency of 800 and 900 MHz band is presented. The analysis of system level and implementation of circuit level are suggested in this paper. The 40.8 dB SNR at 882 MHz and 43.3 dB SNR at 955 MHz are achieved in BPDSM full chip circuit simulation. The chip consumes 109.5 mA current at 3.3 V supply voltage.
