Abstract
This paper presents the hybrid middleware architecture that accommodates both Web-based and Java-based interactive N-screen services in the broadband IP network. In addition, it supports an active service provisioning that automatically configures service environments through terminal provisioning with TR-069 protocol and service provisioning with SD&S/BCG. The proposed architecture provides middleware stacks, based on the common service platform, such as Web middleware and ACAP-J based Java middleware. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
