- Abstract
- In Web 2.0 and enhanced Web based service environment, more and more heterogeneous services from different sources with different security requirements are combined to provide convergence services. Not only do enhanced Web based applications have the same security issues as traditional Web applications, but also they also have their own particular set of risks. Under ITU-T SG17, Security threats caused by such technologies be identified, and security requirements and technologies for such services be studied and recommended. The ongoing project and the trend of standardization are going to be presented.
