- Abstract
- ATSC is in the process of making NRT(Non-Real-Time) standard for the delivery of contents in advanced of its use using spare bandwidth or idle time. Based on the NRT mechanism, we designed and implemented a program-associated 3D NRT system that can be used for terrestrial 3DTV service. For providing programassociated 3D NRT service by different elementary stream, synchronization between two video streams is essential. Therefore this study has proposed and implemented a synchronization method, which can be adopted in PES level.
