- Abstract
- This paper introduces ES log data management system and its functions to prevent illegal electronic surveillance. The proposed system needs to be implemented in both telecommunications service providers and a trusted third party, which is responsible for the secure ES log data maintenance. This paper also describes functions and interfaces between them in the ES log data management system. The log data stored in the proposed system can be used to investigate illegal electronic surveillance, especially which is done by inside-attackers.
