- Abstract
- In this paper, we study the trend of convergence service environment which converges broadcasting and communication services. The new coming era of interactive service gives not only the equal chance of accessibility to disabilities which includes visually, hearing, and physically impaired person but also the crisis which amplifies the digital divide between disabilities and non-disabilities. It requires the new user interface that improved the information accessibility for disabilities, and this study proposes the service requirements of user interface for convergence environment. It gives disabilities to the chance of becoming a member of public no more exclusion of his community.
