본 연구에서는 현대사회의 인류 혹은 자연에 의해 만들어지는 충동적인 전자기적 간섭 환경을 반영하고 있는 미들턴 Class-A 전파 잡음 원의 이론에 근거하여 미들턴 Class-A 잡음 원 발생기를 구현한다. 또한 미들턴 Class-A 잡음 원 에서 핵심 파라미터인 충동지수(AA )와 가우시안 전력 대비 비가 우시안 요소(T′A)가 있으며, 그 파라미터 추정방법으로는 경험적 접근 절차 (An Approximate Empirical Procedure), 분석적 접근 절차 (An Approximate Analytical Procedure) 그리고 Expectation Maximization(EM) 알고리즘을 이용한 세 가지 추정방법의 성능을 비교 분석한다. AA값의 추정 결과는 경험적 접근 절차법이 가장 좋은 특성을 보이며,T′A값의 추정 결과는 EM 알고리즘을 이용한 기법이 가장 우수한 효율을 보인다.
