Abstract
본 발명은 다중 사용자(MU: Multi-User) 다중 안테나(MIMO: Multiple Input Multiple Output) 기반 무선 통신 시스템에서 다중 RTS/CTS 프레임 교환을 통해 MU-MIMO 데이터를 보호하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 다중 RTS/CTS 프레임의 교환 시 기존 레거시 단말을 위한 RTS/CTS 프레임의 구조를 이용하면서 RTS 프레임에 VHT 데이터 보호를 위한 표시자를 추가하는 방법과, 액세스 포인트가 RTS 프레임을 전송하면서 RTS 프레임의 지속 구간을 설정하여 전송하는 방법과, n-1번까지의 무선 단말들이 CTS 프레임의 지속 구간을 '0'으로 설정하여 전송하고, n번째 무선 단말만이 데이터 보호를 위한 NAV를 설정하는 방법을 포함한다.
