- 본 발명은, 제1주파수 대역에 대한 사용 권한을 갖지 않는 복수의 시스템들을 포함하는 통신 시스템에서 복수의 주파수 자원들을 공유하도록 관리하는 자원 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 제1주파수 대역에서 상기 복수의 시스템들이 사용 가능한 주파수 대역이 검색되면, 상기 사용 가능한 주파수 대역에서 상기 복수의 시스템들의 공존 및 주파수 공유를 위해, 등록 절차(registration procedure), 공존 정보 수집 절차(coexistence information gathering procedure), 공존 결정 메이킹 절차(coexistence decision making procedure), 재구성 절차(reconfiguration procedure), 관리 절차(measurement procedure), 및 이벤트 절차(event procedure)를 각각 수행한다.
