- The present invention discloses a method for multi-connectivity by using two or more base stations performed by a terminal served by the two or more base stations, and a method for supporting multi-connectivity using two or more base stations performed by a second base station. The method performed by a terminal comprises the steps of: configuring a legacy signaling radio bearer (SRB) with a firstbase station; receiving a multi-connectivity configuration command message from the first base station; configuring an SRB dedicated to the multi-connectivity by using a second base station; transmitting a multi-connectivity configuration completion message to the first base station; and performing, with the second base station, a random access procedure, in which the dedicated SRB is an SRB thatapplies encryption and integrity protection to a radio resource control (RRC) message.
