Abstract
Disclosed are an image decoding method and an image decoding apparatus which support a plurality of layers. The image decoding method comprises the steps of: obtaining information indicating whether or not tile-related information exists; and obtaining the tile-related information on the basis of the information indicating whether or not the tile-related information exits.
