- The invention relates to a method and device for video encryption/decryption by using a geometrically changed picture. A method for encrypting an image according to the invention may comprise the steps of: a geometrically changed reference picture generating step of geometrically changing a reference picture and generating a geometrically changed reference picture; a step of generating a prediction block of a current block in a picture to be encrypted by carrying out inter-screen prediction by referring to the reference picture or the geometrically changed reference picture; and encrypting inter-screen prediction information on the current block.
