- The present invention relates to a video decoding method, a video decoding device, a video encoding method and a video encoding device. Disclosed are a method and device for performing filtering during the encoding and decoding of a video. The encoding device can perform filtering on a target and generate filtering information indicating whether the filtering is being performed on the target. In addition, the encoding device can generate a bitstream including the filtering information. The decoding device can determine whether or not to perform filtering on a target on the basis of filtering information, and perform the filtering on the target. The decoding device can receive the filtering information through the bitstream from the encoding device, or induce the filtering information usingother information.
