- The present invention relates to a method for avoiding collision in a synchronous wireless communication system and, more specifically, to a method for efficiently avoiding collision when a resource is used by and allocated to a large number of mobile terminals, in a synchronous wireless distributed-communication system. A collision avoidance method according to the present invention may comprisethe steps of: determining a slot where a terminal performs transmission at a main frequency channel; performing contention in a slot previous to the determined slot by using a contention agency channel having a different frequency from the main frequency channel; and using the selected slot of the main frequency channel when the terminal has won the contention.
