- 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유전자 증폭 장치는 공급롤러와, PCR 시료 충진이 가능한 복수의 PCR 챔버를 가지며 공급롤러에 감긴 롤 형태의 필름 칩과, 필름 칩을 밀착하여 회전시킨 후 PCR을 유도하는 가열롤러와, 가열롤러의 원주 표면에 기 설정된 간격을 두고 배치되어 필름 칩과 접촉하는 복수의 가열블록과, 가열롤러를 지나 PCR이 수행된 필름 칩을 폐기하는 폐기롤러를 포함한다.
