가. 이동통신 안전성 강화 기술 연구 CDMA/CDMA2000 방식 이동통신 시스템의 인증 보안 서비스 연구 CAVE 알고리즘을 적용한 가입자 인증 메커니즘 기술 개발 ESA 알고리즘을 적용한 상호 인증 메커니즘 기술 개발 시그널링 및 사용자 데이터 프라이버시 기술 개발 CDMA 시스템 암호 모듈 및 보안 라이브러리 개발 3G용 ESA, ESP를 2G CDMA에 확대 적용할 경우의 제반 사항 분석 단말기 불법복제 방지, 인증도입 등의 안전성 강화 타당성 검토 나.
