□ 기술개발 배경 1. 스마트홈은 다양한 IT서비스가 융합·집결되는 대표적인 융합산업 분야로써, IT 서비스가 스마트홈에 원활하게 제공되고 소비될 수 있는 환경 구축 필요 2. 스마트홈 분야는 스마트가전, 스마트TV, 스마트그리드·LED·신재생 에너지 등과 연계되면서 관련 산업을 견인할 중심 플랫폼 산업이며 구글·애플 등 플랫폼 선도기업의 지배력 강화에 적극대비가 필요
