5. 과제목표 o 최종 목표 : 빅데이터 시스템들 간의 서비스 연동 및 데이터 공유․거래 환경을 지원하는 상호운용성 핵심 표준 개발 - 빅데이터에 대한 공통 개념 및 빅데이터 시스템 구성에 기초가 되는 기본 개념 및 참조 아키텍처 표준 개발·보급 - 빅데이터 공유 및 데이터 거래소 지원, 거래소 간 연동 등에 요구되는 상호운용성 표준 개발·보급 - 국내 빅데이터 거래소 시범 사업등과 연계하여 시장수요기반의 국내표준을 개발하고, JTC 1, ITU-T 등을 통한 국제표준화 추진

7. 과제수행방법 o 국제 표준화는 ITU-T SG13, ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 42/WG 2 등 빅데이터 관련 표준화 기구의 참여를 통한 전략적 표준 개발 추진 - ITU-T SG13: 2018년 현재 ITU-T SG13에서는 Y.BD-arch (Big data reference architecture), Y.Sup.bdsr2 (Big data standardization roadmap)을 개발 중 - ISO/IEC JTC 1: 2018년 현재 JTC 1/SC 42/WG 2에서는 ISO/IEC FDIS 20546(Information technology –Big data – Overview and vocabulary), ISO/IEC DTR 20547-1 (Information technology – Big data reference architecture – Part 1: Overview and application processes), ISO/IEC DIS 20547-3 (Information technology – Big data reference architecture – Part 3: Reference architecture)를 개발 중 o 국내 표준화는 관련 포럼 등과 연계하여 산업계 요구사항을 기반으로 TTA 빅데이터 SPG 및 빅데이터포럼 등을 통한 표준화 추진 - TTA 빅데이터 프로젝트그룹(PG1004), 빅데이터 포럼: 민간 중심의 시장 요구사항 기반의 국내표준화 추진 및 국제표준화 수요 발굴

9. 결과활용계획 및 파급효과 o 세계적으로 활용 확산 단계에 있는 빅데이터에 대해 표준화 연구를 수행함으로써 국제 기술 시장에서의 상호운용성 기반 신 시장(미들웨어, 데이터 유통 측면) 창출가능 o 국내에서의 빅데이터를 위한 기반기술 축적을 가능하게 하며, 국내외 표준 개발을 통한 국가 경쟁력 확보에 이바지 할 수 있음 o 우리나라는 세계적인 IT 인프라를 가지고 있으며, 빅데이터 유통, AI, 빅데이터 기반 마케팅 등 다양한 분야에 개발 표준의 활용이 가능함
