Abstract
□ 핵심기술 o 네트워크에 산재하는 ID 속성정보를 수집하는 기술 o 수집된 속성정보를 기반으로 서비스 접근제어를 검증하는 인가 기술
□ 최종목표 o 온라인 청소년 보호를 위한 속성정보 수집 기술 표준개발 및 속성정보 공유 모델 표준개발
□ 개발내용 및 결과 o 인터넷 서비스 환경에서 청소년 유해 서비스 접근제어 기술에 관한 표준화 - 온라인상에서 청소년/아동들의 속성정보 수집 모델 및 표준개발 - 사이버공간의 신뢰 강화를 위한 속성 정보 공유 모델 및 표준개발
□ 기술개발 배경 o 온라인 서비스(콘텐츠접근, 게임, 채팅등) 환경에서 청소년 보호를 위한 연령검증(Age verification)은 국내 인터넷 중독의 축소를 위한 방책으로, 또한 스마트-에듀서비스에 따른 청소년들의 콘텐츠 접근을 제어할 수 있는 유효한 인증기술로 국내외 표준화가 필요
□ 핵심개발 기술의 의의 o 전통적 연합ID 모델은 SSO(Single Sign On) 핵심서비스를 기반으로 사용자의 편의를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 서비스는 하나의 ID(Identity)를 기반으로 다른 도메인에 접속과 서비스를 이용하는 것을 허용하는 서비스 구조이며, 기존의 연합ID를 기반으로 두 개의 ID를 이용하여 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 속성정보 수집 기술 표준화는 시장의 요구에 따른 기술표준 개발이다.
□ 적용 분야 o 연령 정보를 검증할 수 있는 기술의 표준화를 통해 서비스별 정보제공의 정책을 세움으로 프라이버시 보호와 상호호환성 제공 o 연령 검증 기술을 통한 안전한 온라인 환경 구축으로 콘텐츠 시장의 양성화 촉진과 청소년 보호를 위한 기술적 조치를 마련하여 인증시장 활성화 o 사이버 폭력, 포르노, 온라인 게임 중독 등 다양한 온라인 역기능들의 위협에 대처하는 선제적 기능 역할
