Abstract
바이오센서 연구 분야에서는, 만성 질환인 당뇨병 환자에게 필요한 연속 측정형 혈당 센서를 연구하였다. 당해연도에는 유연성 있는 고분자형 미세 전극 어레이, 이리듐 옥사이드 기준전극, 그리고 전기방사 및 디스펜싱 방법을 이용한 내부막/외부막 제조 방법을 개발하였고, Bio-MEMS 기술을 기초로 하여 혈당 센서를 웨이퍼 단위로 제조할 수 있는 일괄공정 방법을 개발하였으며, 이를 위한 유로형 다중 전기화학 시스템을 설계 제작하였다. 이러한 방법은 고신뢰성 혈당 센서를 대량으로 제작할 수 있는 방법을 개발 하였다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 감지 신호 전송 분야에서는, 바이오 감지 신호 전송을 위하여 블루투스 통신 기술을 이용하여 근거리에서 무선 전송이 가능한 초소형 모듈 시제품을 제작하여 성공적으로 PDA와의 통신을 실현하였다. 바이오 신호를 이용한 응급상황 예측에 대한 연구에서는, 심전도에서 얻어진 바이오 신호를 이용하여 응급 신호를 예측할 수 있는 지표에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.
