Abstract
본 연구는 안전한 IMT-2000정보보호 시스템 구축에 활용하기 위한 국제 표준 암호 인증 알고리즘에 관한 요구조건 및 설계기준을 반영한 국내 IMT-2000용 정보보호 알고리즘에 관한 표준(안) 개발 및 표준화 채택을 목표로 하고 있으며, 주요 핵심 내용과 범위는 다음과 같다. o IMT-2000용 암호 인증 알고리즘 설계 및 규격 동향 분석 - 국내외 IMT-2000암호 인증 알고리즘에 관한 동향 분석 - IMT-2000의 보안 구조 연구 - 3GPP SA3(Security Aspects 3)에서 수행하고 있는 암호 인증 알고리즘 설계 기준 분석 - 국제표준화(미주/유럽) 연구 개발 환경 체계화 - 미국 및 유럽 표준화활동 조사연구 ${cdot}$ 미주 지역(3GPP2, ANSI, NIST, IETF 등) 및 유럽지역 (ITU, 3GPP, ETSI등)의 표준화정보 입수, 분석 및 배포 o IMT-2000용 암호 인증 알고리즘 설계 및 규격 표준 개발 - ETSI SAGE에서 개발하고 있는 암호 인증 알고리즘 설계 방식 및 기준 연구 - 국내의 암호 인증 알고리즘 공동 소유 관리 및 표준화 추진 - 통합모드(동기식, 비동기식)에 대한 적용 기술 방식 표준 연구 - 하드웨어 구현이 용이하도록 암호 알고리즘의 규격 표준 방식 연구 - 암호 인증 알고리즘 국내 적용방안 연구 o IMT-2000용 암호 인증 알고리즘의 표준화 추진 - IMT-2000규격을 따르는 암호 인증 알고리즘 표준화 추진 - 국내의 기간통신 사업자들이 사용할 수 있도록 기술 지원 - 3GPP/3GPP2 등 국제 표준화 회 의 에 참석하여 국내 의견 반영 -국내 표준화 기구인 TTA WG 01시스템 분과 전문위 활동 - 3GPP암호 알고리즘 국내 배포를 위한 TTA평가 위원회 활동
