Abstract
가. 연구 개발 최종 목표 o WDM 방식의 Tbps급 trunk 광통신용 파장가변 광원 모듈 개발 - 발진 파장 1550 nm - Tuning wavelength 25 nm (불연속 파장가변) - 측모드억제율 > 30 dB - 광출력 : > 0 dBm 나. 연도별 연구 내용 1) 1차년도 연구 내용 o 연속파장가변 DFB-LD 칩 제작 및 측정 o 준 연속파장가변 DBR-LD 칩 제작 2) 2차년도 연구 내용 o 당해 연도는 1차 년도에서 확보된 파장 가변 광원 반도체 레이저의 재질적 및 구조적 기본 데이터를 기본으로 sampled grating tunable DBR laser diode (SG-DBR-LD)를 제작하여 파장 가변폭 확대 구조를 설계, 제작, 평가하는 것을 연구 목표로 하였으며, 나아가 WDM system의 광원기술 확립을 도모하였다.
