Abstract
1. 연차실적 1. 연구개발의 개요 ○ (개요) 근현대 미술품 신뢰도 분석을 위한 유화 미술품(1910년 이후) 분석 전용 획득 장치 개발과 디지털 아카이브 구축을 통해 문화자산을 보존/활용하고 미술시장의 공정한 유통체계 확립을 위한 과학 기반의 유화 미술품 신뢰도 분석 지원 시스템과 현장 적용을 위한 실증 플랫폼 기술 개발 - (배경) 미술품 유통·감정 과정을 제도권에 넣어 불공정한 거래 관행을 개선하여 선순환의 미술품 유통 생태계를 조성하기 위해 위작죄, 미술품 감정업 등록제 등을 규정한 ‘미술품의 유통 및 감정에 관한 법률'(2017년 12월 국무회의 의결)을 현장에서 뒷받침할 수 있도록 기존 안목 감정에 더하여 과학적 분석 데이터를 활용한 과학 감정 기술 도입 필요성 대두
○ 연구개발 대상의 용도 및 적용 분야 미술품 감정 지원 분야 (국립과학수사연구원) - 과학 감정을 위한 미술품 아카이브 검색 및 가시화 - 미술품 영상 데이터(가시광, UV, IR, XRF 등) 가시화 - 물감, 캔버스 등 재료에 대한 분광 데이터 가시화 - 휴리스틱 알고리즘 기반 미술품 분석결과 제공 - 지능 알고리즘 기반 미술품 분석결과 제공 미술품 감정 교육 분야 (국립현대미술관, 예술경영지원센터) - 감정 교육을 위한 미술품 공공 아카이브 검색 및 가시화 - 공공 데이터 기반 미술품 영상 데이터 가시화 - 공공 데이터 기반 분광 데이터 가시화 소장 미술품 관리 분야 (국립현대미술관, 국립중앙박물관, 기타 국공립미술관) - 소장 미술품의 보존 및 관리 효율화를 위한 미술품 분석 기법 규격화 및 규격화된 분석 데이터베이스 구축 - 구축된 미술품 데이터베이스의 효과적인 아카이브 제공 - 미술품 소장 자료의 보안 관리 지원
