Abstract
1. 인공 전자기 구조를 이용한 차세대 전파 센서 개발을 위하여 인공전자기구조 기반의 파장 이하의 분해능을 갖는 원거리 이미징용 전파 렌즈, 소형안테나 및 광대역 고이득 안테나에 대한 설계 기술 연구를 수행하였음. 2. 원거리 이미징용 고분해능 전파렌즈에서는 수직인 두 방향에 따라 유전율이 반대 부호인 실린더형 인공전자기 구조를 기반으로 파장의 1/3 에 해당하는 해상도를 보이는 원거리상 전파렌즈를 설계함. 3. SRR 구조를 이용하여 λ/33 x λ/33 (5mm x 5mm)크기의 소형 안테나를 설계함.. 안테나의 동작 주파수는 이동통신 주파수 (1.75GHz ~ 1.87GHz)으로 가변형으로 설계됨.. 안테나 효율과-10dB 대역폭이 각각 83%, 2.1%로 우수한 성능을 보임 4 FPC(Fabry-Perot cavity) 구조를 응용하여 16.4dB 의 실현 이득(realized gain)을 갖는 고이득 안테나 구현 5. HGA(hybrid genetic algorithm)을 이용한 FPC(Fabry-Perot cavity) 안테나 superstrate 의 구조를 최적화함으로써 PCS 주파수 대역 내에서 12dB 이상의 이득을 180MHz(10%) 대역에 걸쳐 얻음
