Abstract
1. 최종년도 목표 서비스 지향 아키텍처(Service Oriented Architecture: SOA)를 기반으로 양방향 동영상(interative Video: iVideo) 서비스를 체계적으로 생성, 중개 및 제공하는 SOiVA(Service Oriented interative Video Application) 서비스의 기술 표준 개발 ○ SOiVA 기술 소비자가 양방향 동영상 서비스를 동적으로 발견하고 공급자에 연결하여 콘텐트를 볼 수 있으며 양방향 동영상에 대한 저작권이 보호되고 인증된 상거래 주체들에 의해 전자상거래가 이루어지도록 하는 SOA 기반 양방향 동영상 응용 서비스 기술 2. 사업의 목적 및 중요성 ○ 양방향 동영상 서비스 확산을 도모하는 기술 표준 개발 필요 - 소셜 네트워킹에서 동영상이 음성과 데이터의 자리를 대신할 것으로 전망되고 있으며 동영상의 단방향 단순소비에서 동영상과 SW 서비스가 결합된 양방향 복합소비가 될 것으로 예상 - 양방향 동영상 기반 전자상거래의 실현은 오프라인의 온라인화를 가능하게 함으로써 다양한 형태의 비즈니스 모델 창출이 가능함 - 양방향 동영상 서비스 시나리오 신규 발굴 및 다양한 양방향 동영상 단말에서 활용이 가능한 서비스 발굴을 통하여 양방향 동영상 서비스가 확산 될 수 있는 기술 표준 개발이 필요 ○ 양방향 동영상 사용자의 다양한 요구에 신속하고 적절하게 대응 가능한 기술 표준개발 필요 - 향후 양방향 동영상 (interactive Video: iVideo)에 기반한 다양한 서비스 제공이 보편화 될 경우 양방향 통영상 서비스 시장의 경쟁이 치열해 질 것임 - 양방향 동영상 서비스에 대한 소비자의 요구사항은 갈수록 다양하고 복잡한 방향으로 진화할 것임 - 시시각각으로 변화하는 시장의 요구 및 다양한 소비자의 요구사항에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 양방향 동영상 서비스 관련 기술 표준 개발이 필요함 ○ SW와 콘텐트의 융합을 통한 신규 기술 표준안 개발 필요 - 동영상이 비즈니스 협업, 커뮤니케이션의 새로운 매체로 부상하고 있음 - 양방향 동영상 서비스 제공 및 이용과 관련하여 서비스 생성, 중개, 유통 그리고 단말 기술 등을 연계할 수 있는 기술 표준 개발이 필요 - SOA 개념이 적용되어 비즈니스 신속성을 보장하는 방법으로 활용되듯이 콘텐트 서비스 제공 부분에도 이러한 개념 도입을 통한 융합 기술 표준 개발이 필요 - SW 기술 표준과 콘텐트 기술 표준의 융합을 통하여 시장에서의 경쟁력 강화 및 세계 시장에서의 기술 선점이 가능한 기술 표준 개발이 필요 3. 사업 내용 및 범위 ○ SOiVA 서비스 생성 기술 표준 개발 - SOiVA 서비스 요구사항 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 생성 모델 및 시나리오 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 생성 기술 표준 ○ SOiVA 서비스 중개 기술 표준 개발 - SOiVA 서비스 분류체계 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 중개 모델 및 시나리오 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 중개용 인증, 저작권 관리 모델 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 운용기술 표준 ○ SOiVA 서비스 제공 기술 표준 개발 - SOiVA 서비스 소비 모델 및 시나리오 표준 - SOiVA 서비스 제공 기술 표준 4. 사업 성과 ○ 정량적 성과 - 국내 단체표준 (TTA) 제정 23건 ● SOiVA 서비스 생성, 중개, 제공 기술 표준(TTAK.OT-09.0006외 22건) - 국제 표준 기고 3건 ● ISO MPEG 제안 2건 (m16455, m16457, 2009.04) ● ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36 제안 1건(N167, 2010.09) - 학술논문 국제 4건 국내 12건, 특허출원 국제 1건, 국내 2건 - 기술문서 26건 ○ 정성적 성과 - 저작권이 보호되는 양방향 동영상을 통해 인증된 주체들에 의한 전자결제가 가능한 요소기술의 표준 확보로 국내 관련 산업에 적용할 수 있는 기반 마련 5. 활용계획 및 기대효과 ○ 저작권이 보호되는 양방향 동영상을 통해 인증된 주체들에 의한 전자결제가 가능한 요소기술의 표준으로 양방향 동영상 기반의 전자상거래, 양방향 동영상 기반의 원산지관리 등에 활용 ○ 서비스 제공 플랫폼 (Service Delivery Platfonn) 분야에 활용 - IPTV, Smart TV, CDP(Content Delivery Platfonn) 등에서 콘텐트 배포 및 SW서비스 결합을 위한 원천기술 표준으로 활용 ○ 예상되는 상용제품으로 동영상 콘텐트 유통 시스템, 동영상 기반 상품유통 시스템 등에 활용 ○ 텍스트 기반 웹에서 동영상 기반 웹으로 진화하는 인터넷 플랫폼 환경에서 SOA기반 양방향 동영상 서비스 생명주기 전 과정에 필요한 동영상 디렉토리 서비스, 보안 및 인증 기술, 저작권 관리 기술, 전자결재 모델 등에 활용함으로써 동영상 콘텐트 유통 시장을 활성화하고 기존 소프트웨어 산업과 통합(blended)된 다양한 고부가가치 서비스 창출
