Abstract
연구내용 및 결과 I. 제 목 “10GHz 이하 대역에서 Dynamic Spectrum Access를 위한 상호 공존(Coexistence) 기준 연구” 과제의 최종 보고서 II. 연구개발의 목적 및 필요성 ● 세계 주요국은 전파 자원의 이용 효율성 향상을 위해 주파수 공유기술 및 정책을 도입 중이며 국내에서도 본격적인 주파수 공유 제도 도입을 위한 기반 연구 필요성 증대 ● TVBD가 방송대역내 기존 서비스들을 충분히 보호하며 TVWS를 효율적으로 사용토록하는 TVWS 이용 기술기준을 마련함으로써 조속한 국내 TVWS 이용 도입 및 정착 유도 ● 주파수 공유로부터 보호해야 하는 인명안전용 서비스 등의 보호방안 필요 III. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위 ● 고정서비스를 위한 상호공존성 기준 개발 ● 휴대서비스를 위한 상호공존성 기반연구 및 기준 개발 ● 공유 고도화를 위한 상호공존 기준 개발 IV. 연구개발결과 ● 이 기종 주파수 공유 공도화를 위한 상호공존 핵심 기술 개발 및 국제 표준화 (IEEE802.19.1) IPR/표준특허 확보 ● 국내 TVWS 이용 기술기준 마련 V. 연구개발결과의 활용계획 ● 기존 서비스와 신규 공유서비스간 최적 이용조건 마련으로 신규 주파수 자원을 창출하고, 주파수 공유제도 도입 등 효율적인 국내 전파관리 운영방안 마련시 활용
