Abstract
1. 당해년도 목표 기축 주택과 농어촌 주택 등 다양한 주거 환경까지 지능형 홈을 보편화시킬 수 있는 가이드라인 개발 및 시범사업 추진 2. 당해 기반구축 목적 및 중요성 시범사업을 추진을 통하여 우리나라 주거 환경에 맞는 지능형 홈 구축 가이드라인 제시로 어떤 업체나 쉽게 지능형 홈 산업에 참여할 수 있는 발판을 마련하고, 국가 R&D 결과물의 산업화 촉진을 위한 선순환 구조를 확립 3. 기반구축 내용 및 범위 o 신축 주택 고도화 및 기존 주택의 기반 구축을 목표로 기 확보된 국가 R&D 기술을 활용하여 지능형 홈 서비스를 보급할 수 있는 체계적인 시범사업 추진 o 사용자 선호도 기반의 지능형 홈 서비스(방범․방재, 가스/전등 원격제어, 독거노인/어린이 케어, 안전, 디지털액자 등)를 대상으로 지능형 홈 시범사업을 추진하기 위한 공동주택 지능형 홈 가이드라인 개발 o 국내 주거 환경을 고려한 애로 기술 지원 및 상호연동 표준 기반의 제품 간 상호연동 검증을 위한 기본 테스트베드 플랫폼을 개발하고, 글로벌 역량 강화를 위한 해외 협력 클러스터 구축 o 융복합 특성을 갖는 지능형 홈 활성화를 위한 지능형 홈 기기인증제도 계획 수립 및 홈네트워크 중심 장치 인증, 지능형 홈 관련 법․제도 분석 및 유관부처, 제조사, 사업자 간 협의체를 통해 지능형 홈 인력 양성 협력 체제 구축 및 기반 기술 교육 시행 4. 기반구축의 성과 o 지금까지 업체에서 시도하지 못했던 기축주택에 지능형 홈을 구축하는 지능형 홈 시범사업을 지자체와 관련 업체들로 구성된 컨소시엄 중심으로 진행하였으며, 시범사업 결과를 가이드라인으로 발전시켜 관련 업계에서 참조할 수 있도록 보급 예정 o 지능형 홈 서비스가 널리 보급될 수 있도록 지능형 홈 관련 표준과 인증체계, 법․제도, 인력양성 체계 등 관련 제반 제도정비를 위한 기틀 확립 5. 활용방안 및 기대효과 o 지능형 홈 서비스를 기축주택으로 확장 및 개방형 구조의 지능형 홈 서비스 보급 모델 정착을 위한 기반으로 활용 o B2C 시장으로의 전환과 기기 중심에서 점차 콘텐츠와 서비스 중심으로 지능형 홈 산업의 빠른 고도화와 폭발적인 성장의 기틀을 다질 수 있을 것으로 예상
