Abstract
본 발명은 위상 배열 수신 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 위상 배열 수신 장치는 복수의 안테나, 복수의 저잡음 증폭기, 복수의 위상 천이기, 복수의 트랜스 컨덕터, 및 주파수 혼합기를 포함한다. 복수의 저잡음 증폭기는 복수의 안테나로부터 수신한 RF 신호를 증폭한다. 복수의 위상 천이기는 RF 신호의 위상을 조정하여 복수의 RF 위상 조정 신호를 생성한다. 복수의 트랜스 컨덕터는 이득 제어 신호에 근거하여 복수의 RF 위상 조정 신호를 복수의 RF 전류 신호로 변환한다. 주파수 혼합기는 합산된 복수의 RF 전류 신호의 주파수를 변환하여 혼합 전류 신호를 생성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 신호 처리의 선형성이 향상되고, 위상 배열 수신 장치의 구현을 위한 면적이 감소할 수 있다.
