Abstract
<연구내용 및 범위> - 이종접합 기반 실리콘 열전소재 전산모사 기술 · 본 과제에서 제안하는 실리콘 열전 기술을 전산모사를 통하여 검증. 이를 통해 개발 전략을 수립하고, 이론적 기반을 구축함으로써 연구의 당위성 및 신뢰성을 확보 - 이종접합 기반 2차원/3차원 실리콘 열전소재 기술 · 실용화가 힘든 종전의 연구(실리콘 나노와이어, 1차원)를 2차원, 그리고 3차원으로 확장시켜 다양한 형태의 실리콘 열전 소재기술을 개발. 개발된 소재를 평가하기 위한 측정 시스템 개발을 병행 - 이종접합 기반 실리콘 열전모듈 기술 · 개발된 실리콘 기반 열전 소재를 이용하기 위한 열전 모듈 설계 및 제작기술 개발. 실리콘 열전 소재의 성능을 모듈에서도 발현시키기 위하여 모듈의 각 구성요소를 최적화. 개발된 모듈을 평가하기 위한 측정 시스템 개발을 병행 (>0.23mV/pair·K @Th>300oC) - 고효율 전력관리 회로/모듈 기술 · 저전압 시동 및 고효율 전달을 위해 트랜스포머가 사용된 동기식 구조의 전력관리 회로 설계 및 모듈 개발 (효율 >85%) - 실리콘 열전모듈과 전력관리 모듈을 포함한 통합모듈 기술 · 실리콘 열전 모듈과 전력관리 모듈로 구성되는 최종 시스템을 다양한 응용처에 적용하여 상용화 가능성을 실증
