Abstract
- 128개 폴리머 기반 광스위치를 제작하여 집적한 twin 8x16 멀티캐스트 스위치 개발 - 12.5GHz의 채널 분해능을 지원하는 LC 기반의 flexible grid채널 모니터 모듈 및 파장선택 스위치 라인카드 개발 - 25GHz급 반도체 기반 광검출기 어레이 칩 및 코히어런트 광신호처리 소자를 제작하여 집적한 400Gbps 코히어런트 광신호 수신용 광모듈 개발 - 16dBm 출력세기, 35nm 파장가변 및 300kHz 이하 선폭의 파장가변 레이저 모듈 개발 - 반도체 기반 광변조기 칩 제작하여 집적한 25GHz급 멀티레벨광변조기 모듈 개발 - 개발된 광송수신 모듈을 이용하여 400Gbps 광신호의 서울-대전간 512km 실환경(KOREN망) 전송 성공 - 개발된 12.5GHz의 채널 분해능의 flexible grid 광노드 부품을 실장한 ROADM용 라인카드 개발
