차세대 이동체에 적용을 위한 형상/기능의 제어가 가능한 ICT 융합 부품 기술 개발을 위한 소재 공정 개발을 위한 자유로운 회전 (300rpm 이상, 회전제어반경 60도 이하)이 가능한 3차원 Spherical Wheel Motor 및 구동 알고리즘 개발, 전극 가역 비용량 (150mAh/g 이상)과 구부러짐 반경 (R20mm)에서 용량유지율이 90% 이상인 나트륨이온전지용 유연전극 개발, 소멸시간 (5분 이하)이 짧은 자가 소멸 시스템반도체 기술과 Uniqueness (0.92 이상)가 높은 물리적 복제 불가능 ID/TRNG 기술, 3차원 입체구조 1㎛3 이하의 크기와 ±100nm 이하 정밀도를 갖는 전자소자용 나노 3D 프린팅 소재 및 공정 기술 기초원천기술 개발 과제
