Ⅳ. 연구결과 ○ E-패밀리기업 맞춤형 기술지원 • 기술지원 대상기업 선정 및 지원 : 72개 연구실, 150개 기업 • E-패밀리기업 맞춤형 기술지원 우수사례 선정 및 포상 : 7개 우수사례 • 기여매출액 발생 43.5억원, 비용절감 효과 70억원, 고용창출 222명 효과 산출
○ 연구인력 현장지원 • 전담지원인력 운영 : (목표) 27명, (실적) 36명 • 지원기업 발굴 및 선정 : ㈜마인드크립션 등 34개 기업의 기술사업화 애로를 발굴하고 지원 적합성 평가를 통해 29개 기업의 기술사업화 애로해소 지원 결정 ‐ 지원 적합성 검토 : 기업 지원신청 34건에 대해 1차 지원신청서 검토 및 2차 현장방문 평가 실시 • 지원협약 체결 : 2017년 신규 지원협약 28건(ETRI-기업-연구인력간 지원협약 체결) • 현장지원 : 전담지원인력 36명이 43개 기업을 대상으로 54건의 현장지원(2016년 계속지원 포함) • 모니터링 : 정기(월, 반기 단위) 지원현장 방문, 총 34회 실시 ‐ 전담지원인력의 월간 수행실적 검토 ‐ 현장지원 애로사항 해소 및 새로운 요구사항 반영 등 조치 • 지원효과 분석 ‐ 연구인력 현장지원 기대효과에 대한 기업 설문 결과, 사업화 기간단축(총 496개월), 인력대체(총 142명), 비용절감(총 163억원), 지원 후 5년간 매출(총 2,690억원) 등의 지원에 따른 성과가 예상되었으며, 기업(수요자) 만족도는 평균 9.6점(10점 만점)으로 조사됨
○ 상용화 현장지원 • 상용화 현장연구 ‐ 100개 기업에 304명 현장지원 ‐ 총 161개월의 기술개발 기간단축, 90명의 기술개발 인력대체, 40억 원의 기술개발 비용절감 및 4,764억 원의 향후 5년 예상매출 기대
○ ETRI 중소기업 전담 멘토링 • 멘토지원 인력 20명 확보
○ 개방형 기술사업화 지원 • 기술기반 비즈니스아이디어 발굴 및 고도화 지원: 10건 (10개社) - 상용 시제품 제작지원 : 8개 제품 - 비즈니스모델 코칭 및 전문가 협력지원을 통한 문제해결: 11건 • 신제품 개발기간 단축효과: 약 8개월(평균) • 신제품 개발비용 절감효과: 약 5,600만원(평균)
○ 연구인프라 공동활용 및 기술도우미 상담 • 연구인프라 공동활용 지원 건수 : 303건 (장비지원 : 216건, 시험지원 : 87건) • 연구인프라 공동활용 지원 성과분석 : 비용절감 효과 2,600만원/기업, 제품개발 단축효과 평균 3.12개월 • 기술도우미 상담 건수 : 251건
