Abstract
본 연구개발의 목표달성을 위한 주요 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 방송용 텔레매틱스 컨텐츠 규격 - 차량운행에 필요한 텔레매틱스 컨텐츠 중 방송에 적합한 컨텐츠인 혼잡, 유고, 기상 등을 전송할 수 있는 경량화된 전송 프로토콜 개발 - 실시간으로 텔레매틱스 사용자가 자신이 원하는 텔레매틱스 컨텐츠를 요청할 수 있는 경량화된 요청 프로토콜 개발 텔레매틱스 서비스 센터(TSP) 처리 기술 - TELIC 센터로부터 교통정보를 제공받기 위한 교통정보 게이트웨이 연계 기술 - 한정된 방송 대역폭에 텔레매틱스 컨텐츠들을 경량화되고 효율적으로 전송하기 위해 노드-링크체계 변환, 룰 기반 우선순위 분류, 컨텐츠 인코딩 기술 - 다수 사용자의 요청 정보를 수신하고 사용빈도, 사용자 등급, 도로 중요도, 유고 영향력 등을 고려하여 우선순위가 높은 컨텐츠를 선별하기 위한 요청정보 분석 기술 TSP-DMB 센터간 연동 기술 - TSP-DMB 센터간 연동 프로토콜 인코딩/디코딩, 통신 세션 관리 및 데이터 버퍼링 처리 기술 - 현재 방송망의 유휴 대역폭을 고려하여 사전 편성된 방송 스케줄을 변경하기 위한 실시간 스케줄링 기술 DMB 지원 텔레매틱스 단말 처리 기술 - 데이터 카루젤, 컨텐츠 디코딩, 노드-링크체계 변환 등 DMB 방송망으로부터 데이터 방송 수신 처리 기술 - SMS를 통해 텔레매틱스 컨텐츠를 요청하고 DMB 데이터 방송 채널로 응답을 수신하고 동적 네비게이션에 전달하기 위한 통합 메시지 처리 기술
